harmonization is half the same or something, meaning it will extend the duration of all spells ie. debuffs like harmonization but it won't shorten dmg ticks like harmonization does.
harmonization = shorten duration dmg/heal dots and extend duration of debuffs/buffs
manacle = extend all spells
