Single target heart will now refresh people to three charges. Unfortunately, it will still let you cast it on people if they have a full three charge.

Not being able to cast on people what nice to make sure /useabilityonrt or a %rt target nailed the right target if you got a bunch of tells around the same time, but no more.

However, raid-wide hearts don't replace people's shards with a full three charges, making it useless/aggrivating if people find out the single target will top them off w/o having to take the effort to delete thier current partially used one.

*sigh*

And those bastards stripped all my maintained spells to make sure WWoM didn't get grandfathered in, making me lose some other bugged buff I've had for a year or two. QQ

That blows, I still have mine atm, but I noticed a few weeks ago it somehow got stripped/debuffed not sure where it was because it I didn't notice it missing for at least a day so I'm hoping it never gets dropped again, no more EH to be safe
