But they dont always hit for 150% of tooltip dmg, or do you forget about zones like SoH.
Remeber when you quit playing your necro and started playing your assassin full time because we were the fucking suck, due to resists and overall spell dmg.

And if you go back in there now even with new gear the resist rates in there are nuts and spell dmg is crap, UNLESS you have damn neer every debuff on the mobs.

So you cant say that there is just 1 set way they do Mitt or resists on mobs they can make them as hard or as easy as they want to make spells land or do more dmg. Thats all I wanted to say

They could be planning on jacking up resists again, and it could be a global thing in T9 so even for normal content you would need more debuffs. They are looking for ways to keep us from trivialising content with pure dps...I dont know if this is whats going to happen Im just throwing oit out there. But we all know the devs think we are breaking there game with the dps we are doing thats why they will continue to nerf us back to dmg of 2 tiers ago.

soh has high wisdom mobs that's why they resist so much.

i doubt devs will increase mitigation again, since last time they did they had a shit load of unhappy players... the reason mobs get so much HP is so we(players) can see our spells do the dmg that is displayed and can also see our crits and spell bonus in action.

nothing is set in stone but i wanted to make the point that only having nox dmg would be a bad idiea for the class, it needs to be a dispatch like spell that debuffs all dmg for a short duration.

are swarm pets really that horrible? I do pretty descent dps in raid, in a descent group I am always top5 usualy top or near it on names that I can sit there and burn like switch master or the first one in tomc. I aways cast my swarm pets : / they're like 1-200 dps (combined) over there duration

with the increasing amount of ae's on raid encounters it's getting harder to time the use of them and have them put out the full duration of damage so making them back to more of what they used to be will be a huge plus for the summoner community

well I just tested parse with and without dumbfires. I did 5 wit and 5 without, not sure if thats enough, but I found m parses were within 10 dps. so I dt think I will b casting pets at all anymore : / really doesnt seam worth it especially if I can do the same dps and not worry about the full duration, because looing at my mini parse I have a huge hole to dig myself out of... so yeah makeing temp pets wort a shit would be nice

Awww i like my totally useless void beast. TBH I would like the thing id you could have it out at the same time. Plus picking the pet toon you like for your pets so u dont have to keep looking at the same 3 when you get to 80 would be lovley.
