Default Stat Value for Dps Improvements

I have abandoned my Necro since the end of KoS and have rarely played, or geared him since.

I have instead focues a tremendous amount of time towards my monk. With the monk I have acheived the knowledge of knowing what procs, effects and stat increases develop the most extra DPS, and where they reach cap.

Unfortunatly, I do not have a clue as to where to start, to obtain the same knowledge on my Necromancer. As such, I am requesting assistance from the Necromancer Community.

Please include in your reply what type of stat, effect, or proc for each item you feel rates a comparison. I would also appreciate it if you placed them in an order, which I prefer to be the most important to the least important stat, effect or proc.

Some items in particular I would like a firm grasp on are:

Spell Crit +
Spell Crit % +
Disease Damage +
Spell Damage +
Base Damage of Spell +
Base Damage of Disease +
Int increasing
Various banes, or procs.

I really appreciate any assistance that can be given in regards to the above mentioned.

Default Re: Stat Value for Dps Improvements

base damage > crit bonus (if over 100% crit) > crit% > damage procs > boe

since you get capped on boe anyways.
as for spellhaste, I'd place it somewhere around crits, but I'm not entirely sure on that, since your reuse might differ from mine.
The reuse is somewhere around crits, but don't bother with it unless you are capped on crits and can afford to wear the unrest cloack
