It doesn't have to be "right before" you cast lifeburn. JC only has to be active when the last tick of LB expires.

well if you are gloating about hitting 19k with LB because you use it at the end of the fight wearing tier 4 gear that's kind of funny.
Because i always use it as my 2nd spell and in t4 gear im looking between 25k - 38 k on trash and normally mid 20's on names

I need help to stop sucking on Anashti. We have only killed it once but my dps was sucking and its pissing me off.

Im not sure, maybe its the recast stuff on my necro, but the recast for lifeburn for me is down to 4 mins 33 seconds. Toss on a jcap and/or RoA if its available, it drops it down to like 4 mins and 10 secs or something.

Plus if you get upbeat tempo or TC, that affects reuse as well.

jcap or roa on lifeburn should bring it down much further than that, more like 2 mins 30-40 secs

Jcap brings it down to like 3mins and some change, never had roa that I recall, for lifeburn.

Whats the cap for recast limits again?

100% reuse speed will cut the reuse timer of a spell in half.

Best an average geared necro can hope for is 40% reuse speed from JCap, 10% reuse speed from Upbeat Tempo, and maybe a little more from gear, which will give you around a 3.5 minute recast timer on LB.

jcap with eof aa is 50% recast add to that other buffs/gear/aa and you're sitting at 2minutes something..
