Ahoy Viafuyo
Id agree with most of what Bruised has said. To start with put your points into the necromancer tree (you have 2 tabs, necromancer and summoner, at the bottom of your aa window). On the far right hand side there is a path that you can take that reduces the casting time of your damage spells and ends with an ability called Lifeburn. This is what you want to go after first.
After that my own personal preferance would be to go back to the summoner tree and put points into the str line (4/4/4/8) so that you can max out you spell critical hit chance (more damage, yay!)
the 4/4/x/y/z buisness is people telling you how many points they have put into each ability down one of the 5 lines in their summoner tree. You have to put 4 points into an ability in order to be able to move onto the next one down. So If I told you that I was str 4/4/4/8 that would mean that I have 4 points in the str buff ability, 4 points in the next one down, 4 in the one below that too, and then 8 points in the one below that (spell crits).
Similarly if I told you I was int: 8/4/4/6/8/1 this would mean I had 8 points in the int buff, then 4, 4, 6, 8 and finaly 1 point in the following abilities down the int line.
Its worth noting that the final ability in each of the summoner lines actually costs 2 aa points to activate, but people will always write it as 8/4/4/6/8/1.
Ill post a screenshot of my aa lines when I get home to try and make things a bit clearer for you.
