Default cloak of zet vs sol ro cloak

i typically use the cloak of zet, cause it adds plus 10 int and it has some kind of proc on it.

the sol ro one i belive(i dont have it as yet, need to do last quest) adds like 65 damage to all spells.

so my question is int or the said added damage is better to have?

yeah this is something i probably should know, but i dont so im asking.

im just looking to tweak up my dps as much as possible. i have shitty gear, so im trying to maximize out with what i got.

thanks

Zet has 3% chance to proc 10% spell casting reduction.

You don't need int.

Versus 65 damage all the time.

And jab your eyes out for picking the cloak you have now.

Sol Ro cloak does not give the full 65 damage, it's normalized to the 3 sec casting rule. You only get about 25 damage added and then it's divided amongst DoT ticks....but it's still better than the Zet cloak.
