Paladins are fucking ridiculous in WoW, what you talking about Tater? A druid can't even necessarily out last a paladin, he can just kite better, a paladin is the most efficient healer in game atm. That being said, don't go back to EQ2, you will regret it.

Well your resto druids must suck then or are lazy. Me and my other druid partner fight for the top spots on heal parses except on void reaver. Paladins are good but will be permantly put in there place when druids get HT in tree form  .
