Oh i agree ... but without being in a raiding guild, its not a bad thing. I mean i remember when i was in Evolution, i wanted BADLY to buy stuff that people sold on 70-79 and to me this is the same thing...btw if anyone has a Ganak's Torque to sell, i'm looking for one for Kajar :-)

its understandable that people want their mythicals badly, so did we. this is a guild made up of mostly people with little or no t8 raiding experience, many people that were in game friends before we formed that were bored and looking for something to do. we sucked ass at first, i remember our first time in pr we took like 7 pulls to get imzok down. but we got better... we sucked, wanted our mythicals badly, worked at it and now we have them.. id urge every guild on the server to do the same, so your members dont have to spend plat getting things you can get for free...

mythicals dont make you a better player..

Well i agree other guilds should, but some just dont ... and some people want things like a myth but don't want to committ to a raiding guild with locked in times daily etc.

And yes, Mythicals do make you a better player ... because its proven if you have a mythical you must be uber.

Working hard for something is worth it in the end when you finally are able to achieve it. Buying them works too though, but you feel no sense of accomplishment doing it that way. To each their own though I suppose...

I don't really see any downside to people buying mythicals. First, they "earned" the money needed to afford one. You might not feel a sense of accomplisment if you were to buy one but thats just you. I dont know any person at all in this entire game that has never either a) bought or was willing to buy loot rights to a piece of gear or b) bought a master.

Besides...now when I do pickup groups with shitty tanks I know there is at least 6 who have a mythical now and might be able to hold aggro from me a little better =)

I think the key to people buying their mythicals, is that while they play a lot, they have really odd play times which just rotate all over the place which is why they've resorted to earning plat to buy their mythical.

Wait I have my Mythical and I still suck.....But seriously shitty players with Mythicals are still shitty players. One single piece gear is not going to make or break you especialy for the people that do little or no raiding.

I personaly don't give a damn who wants to waste 500p or who is making that plat. I got mine the good old fashioned way and that makes it the best damn Mythical in the game...

So realy to each their own but to anyone thinking of buying one.. feels way better to earn it : ) If we can do it so can you.

comparing purchasing mythicals to buying masters is stupid. saying earning plat is the same as earning mythicals is stupid. until harvest nodes and random trash in fens start dropping mythical updates there is no point to be made there.

there will always be a customer base for you guys in stasis for mythical updates, so you guys go make your monies... just dont say stupid things trying to defend it.. you want plat, thats your call...
