ya'll should just fucking form a guild and get it overwith. You will find progression will come faster, and that you won't really 'lose' anything. Just get the 30-35 or so regulars, add a 3rd raid day and watch what happens. (unless you already had a 3rd day and im that outta touch with the NRA)

Well.. were raiding on wednesdays, thursdays, saturdays and sundays now, and attendance/loot etc rules are severely changing for the weekend raids, weekdays are more "open", weekends are closed to noobs and usually only open to regulars.. That way, we get more influx on weekdays which makes our weekend raids stronger.

I guess we are already becoming a raiding guild without the fixed guild membership part. And its starting to pay off. Sure its a little slower, progress is becoming easier by the week, we have quite a few above average players (and a top swash of course

).

We manage to compensate alliance shortcomings by applying strong tactics. Example: From our 3rd day in SoH on, we manage to avoid the Ptasa curse completely and still kill him on every 1st pull. You guys try avoiding the curse :-p (sure if ur uber u can eat it but thats not my point - we would almost wipe on that curse)

WoN got VP cleared.
today both silverwing and phara dar died.
last week wednesday we killed nexona, taskmaster and milinex (sp?)
last week thursday we killed xygoz, ashenclaw, hoshkar and skygazer

Fuck Morain's cloak. Bastard takes all the loot for 1 as ' backup' that i could use for my tank. *grrr* Come to think of it, fuck him i'm totally bidding him up.

BTW We sometimes don't get the curse ... but if we get it, yeah your right we just eat it (no homo).

You guys have made great strides, dont get me wrong, and are moving in the right direction ... I'm just saying as a former NRA Member (and also a client), you could totally do way better if you guys just formed a guild. You would become more used to each others play-styles and abilities, you will more likely help each other with masters which helps the raid, and you will definitely see it is easier to get people on the same page during fights. I'm just saying :-)

Not that it matters or has anything to do with this thread but I'm actually using that cloak since I don't have the Re2 one..

Seriously??? Wow I figured you had better ... of all people YOU i figured had better, Mr 18 sets of backup gear. I still think i'd rather use the TTR cloak on my tank ... but thats only cause my tank Disco'ed it! Suck it.
