Hallowed is Recruiting

Hallowed, a new raiding guild in the EST timezone, is currently looking for quality players to help fill out our roster. We are looking for people who are dedicated and serious about raiding and meet the following requirements:

- Level 80 with at least 120 AAs.
- Adept III spells, EoF fabled or RoK legendary gear.
- Able to maintain 75% raid attendance.
- Ventrillo (talking is optional, listening is not).

Our normal raid times (in EST) are Wednesday night 8p - 12a, Saturday night 7p - 12a, and Sunday night 7p - 11p. Once we start filling out our roster, we will probably add a 4th raid as well. If we have enough on during our off nights we also try to get something together just for fun.

We are currently recruiting the following classes:

Tanks: Monk
Mages: Wizard, Warlock, Illusionist
Priests: Defiler, Mystic, Templar, Fury
Scouts: Swashbuckler, Dirge, Troubador

wtf, have i missed something in the 2 months i stopped playing, people actually want monks?! last time i looked brawlers had the short straw and were just door openers or farm bots

u know about the raidwide attack and casting speed buff right? Well that and avoiding hits for the MT, also monks have at least half decent dps, so I'd say u need at least one brawler imo.

yeah, ive not raided since EoF anyway so thats probly why, back when monk dps was frowned upon and brawlers were shiny farmers

Monks with halfway decent gear can consistently hit 4-6k parses these days. Given their obvious other benefits (raidwide buffs, emergency snap aggro, etc.) they are very much desired these days.
