Hey dumbfuck from stasis, you realize on these boards a whole hell of a lot of people know who xelus is? Or at least anyone that matters since Xelus was the best player ever of any class.

Sadly Ishbu hasn't figured out that the only way to not be a tool is simply to not be a tool. Being a good raider doesn't cut it. Sir, you are a tool.

The people who aren't famous and don't count because they aren't Ishbu held a vote. Ishbu lost.

There is hope for you though Ishbu. Don't flame for at least another page. Use the time you would spend on flaming, instead on contemplating, "How to be cool without being a tool." I also suggest that you don't kick any puppies today, and perhaps hold a door open for a little old lady at the store when you zone irl to buy more Hot Pockets. While not part of the official 12 step Tool Recovery Program, these are steps in the right direction.

Illum FYI: I'd also classify Xelus as one of the very top all around players I've ever played with. The entire raid was just always easier when Xelus was in it. If there was a EQ2 lifetime "all star" team, Xelus would be in it without question.

OK now that I have been totally lost.(not hard since SOE took druid tracking away). Umm is xelus and xelOs the same person??? Because Ishbo post says both names and LFG say XELUS.

SO who was it and WTF, I am soo damn lost now

I first knew Xelus as Xelus, Ishbu first knew him as Xelos I believe, hence the interchangable way we both refer to him.

TBH, I've always been confused about the double spelling and origins behind how Xelos became Xelus or vice versa.

The names Xelus and Xelos are each very well known in game as the person who was formerly in Disso until he retired from EQ2. Xelus especially became famous for his "Fuck You SoE" thread, which he started and then every reply poster added their own 2 cents about why SoE should be cursed. He got banned from the official forums over that one, as I recall, and when the thread was restarted on the Disso boards, SoE banned links to the Disso board from the official forums. The thread itself was a classic, and was later restarted here in a more watered down form.

Xelus was a pretty nice guy besides being highly skilled, if there was ever a case where names should be retired like baseball jersey numbers, this would be the case.

Xelos was Xelus' fury that he rolled for no other reason than that we needed a fury.

BTW lol at that guy who thinks he knows what kind of person I am in Real life. How many times have you met me? Oh thats right, none. Your a fool if think you know anything about my life. Shit I bet you cant even guess my age within 5 years without asking someone who might have an idea.

Also, I made the claim xelus was the best player of any class a long time ago. Its true. There have been raids in the game that was semi challenging with 3 groups that were a complete joke with 1 (just took a while) as long as xelus was in that 1. Everyone who played with xelus ever knew how amazing he was.
