Bruiser/Monk Conj/Necro is good for soloing, plus you can lv while you sleep with the Conj/Necro. I'd do a little research with spells, AAs ect, to see what each class has to offer, and find out what fits your play style. Also if you already know you want to raid when you hit 80, you'll have to be even more prudent with your selection. Some classes are sought after by many (Rogues, Enchanters, Bards), while others have a hard time getting into a quality guild (Tanks).

I kinda disagree with Tanks being hard to get into a raid guild IF, and i stress IF you are a good tank and know how/when to switch from offense to defense. Bards/Illusionists seems to be favored as of late for raiding guilds. From my travels Necro's are most abundant followed by bruiser being the easiest mobs to solo. As for healers, Inqis/temps are more rare than druids (wardens/furies). As a healer imo Furies do well being that they can dps and heal easier than wardens in a raid set up, but that is just my experience from the raid set up that i am in. Wizard/Warlock .. it's kinda up in the air at this point esp being that t8 zones have few group target mobs, but Wizards can have the option to manaburn and increase lvl at which they hunt mobs (i.e. lvl 50 wizard can solo lvl 53 herioc with ease if they have enough mana through control). Wizards also can do the most damage to a single target with the exception of an assassin (decapatate). Warlock's (i can speak from experience), is a bit different, we have group root, dots, and nukes so we can do a good amount of damage to a whole group. Our best spells are a mid duration dot spell that does anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 k damage per tick up to 6 times to rift that does 5k+ damage aoe. Of course the above is more or less t7 info, it may yet change, but keep in mind the race that you play also has an effect of what class you choose a fae tank, imo, is worse than a ogre tank for an example.
Good luck with your new class.

yeh i just want to hit a high lvl get some money fast by soloing and get used to the game and get a idea of where to go and then make a character that i will take my time playing by transferring the stuff to him i just got the new all in 1 pack so the game is updating atm will take about 45 min more.

and what server should i play on?? i like to do things like i did in Diablo 2 get stuff trade it and then get better stuff and trade some more till i got the best stuff you can get and then do it all over again or go pvp a bit but pvp sucked in d2 so i didnt do much of that.
