Ok i know you can betray to Gorowynn from Freeport . But for the life of me I can't find any Info for Neriak citizens to betray to Gorowynn
any help getting out of the Lag Hell of Neriak would be welcome.

I couldn't find any way to do it directly, but there's a couple of short quests to betray to Freeport then visit the emissary in West Freeport who gives you a note to give to someone in Gorowyn. Hardly takes any time at all do complete the full thing, I did it on Elydia.

Quest is Mandatory Service from Clerk Brutus in East Freeport at ( -79, -37, -4 ). Once you're a citizen of Freeport, the Gorowyn emissary in West Freeport will give you a quest to gain citizenship in Gorowyn and it's just taking a note to Gorowyn, accessible using sinking sands carpet.
