If you Started in Fea Ville.. land of the fairies.. where do you start your Evil betrayal quest?

I'm lost the last time i did the betrayal quest it involved assisnating the queen in qeynos, and then I got kicked out.. but now i live in good old Freeport.. but that was back in 2004..

now what do I doo..

You start the quest by talking to Saelir Varryn, an NPC that roams around on a platform near the Granite Hills acorn lift. He's pretty much impossible to miss at the moment, since he's right next to the Frostfell NPCs.
