how long does a master chest take to depop?

I'm not positive how long it will take to depop, but there is a 20 minute looting restriction placed on all Master Chests. This gives the person, group, or raid that killed the mob(s) exclusive rights to that chest for that period of time. After that anyone can walk up and loot the chest. In terms of how long the chest will last after the looting restrictions are over, I would guess somewhere in the 10 minute range.

Actually, i think exquisite and ornate chests go away as soon as the looting restrictions are removed. I've seen it happen a couple of times. The first time, we thought we'd have another 5 min after the timer to run an alt over, but sadly, no. It went poof the second restrictions were removed.

Exquisite and ornate chests also have different timers. I think they are 20 and 15 min, but you can see for yourself by examining the chest and going to the chat window that has game text.

iirc exquisite chests have 30min loot restriction and an added 20min decay time, dont know about the smaller ones but after the loot restriction runs out you can rclick->examine for the decay timer as well
