Hello -
For new characters, stick to the solo quest lines (
Main Page - EQ2i) for maximum AA.
Since you start getting AA at 10, if you stick to the quest lines, you'll hit 100 AA's by the upper 50's or lower 60's.
If you want maximum AA's, disable combat XP, especially around the mid 30's ranges. Zek, EL, Feerott, and Steamfont all have quests from 30-40 and if you leave XP gain on you'll grey out quests.
Steamfont has really the only solo quest line in the low 40's other than the end of feerott and Sinking Sands picks it up around 45.
If you are already at 80, and need AA's, do the quests grey and simply mentor before you hand them in.
Another tip - do heritage quests with the same philosophy. I was at 138 AA's and did a bunch of (grey) heritage quests that I handed in while mentoring and was earning anywhere from 10-20% of AA per quest.
Killing Named, doing collections, disco XP, other 70+ quests etc will also help, but more than likely if you were level 70 with 100 and you simply do the solo quest lines, you'll be around 134-135 or so when you finish every solo quest in RoK.
