Just edging in on lv30 (yes, i'm a n00b) and noticed a couple (like 4 total) poisons that i've never seen before nor see them mentioned on EQ2Alchemy. They're mastercrafted and labeled as being created by somebody and since I do have an alchemist alt, i'm curious as to whether or not anyone knew where you could get the recipes for them.
I've had little success looking at the sites that maintain item databases as mmodb and Allakhazam are the only ones that seemingly have any data on these poisons and even so, it's very skeletal/incomplete.
The ones I saw on the broker were:
Translucent Aura of Salvation
Translucent Aura of the Beast
Each one has 7 charges and is being sold for 1.2pp a pop, so i'm assuming this is relatively rare or difficult to acquire?
They seem to be a combined damage type poison (both DoT and DD).
For example, the Salvation poison reads off as the following effect:
On a successful attack, this spell has a chance to cast declining periodic poison on target of attack. Last for 24.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 5.0 times per minute. If a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect.
- Inflicts 224 poison damage on target
- Inflicts 66 poison damage on target instantly and every 6 seconds
- Grants a total of 200 triggers of the spell
The beast one, I have to recall from memory as it seems to have been bought out. It did ~84 damage every 6 seconds for 24 seconds on the target encounter with only 2 total triggers per application.
