New toons and EQ2 Players
When you make a new toon, then go to EQ2 Players, the toon is not there yet, I haven't times it exactly, but 2-3 days later the toon shows up in my list on EQ2 Players.
Is there any way, for you to make a new toon, and I'm talking less than an hour old, and someone know who all your alts are without you contacting them or saying anything that would even tip them off?
Example: Made a new toon, got to level 9 on the island. Before I even left the island, a guy comes up to me and says "So, did you get tired of your fury?" I said, "Excuse Me?" He said "Your Fury, Main called Furymaiden (not real name), level 80?" I'm like, "I don't know what you are talking about.!" and proceed to leave and he says "Oh, so you are saying you don't have alts Named Furymaiden, Wardenguy, Brigandbuddy?" (which were all my toons) I said "How would you even know such a thing, it would not even be up on EQ2 Players in the first place, not for a few days at least?" Then he says, "It's nice having friends in high places!" And runs off to the boat to go to Freeport and zones out.
So, my question is, is this a GM, a guy with a GM friend?? Also, the other day I did a who all GM and there was a GM on (different day) and the GM had a guild name after their name GM-ADMIN <Guild Name> Can GM's join guilds and if they can or can't are they allowed to research our toons and pass along information to other people in the game. Because I have all my stuff set to private, and I wait those few days till I can go set it all up on EQ2 Players. So If my information is being passed to other players via GM friends, is that a violation of Policy? Just wondering how this guy got my info, cuz I would like to know the site he goes to, I would stop paying for EQ2 Players, and waiting 3 days for updated information, and get immediate information.
