No stat does. You increase heal amount by upgrading spell quality, using +heal gear, using gear that procs a % increase, gear that procs bonus heals, speccing for certain AAs, and grouping with people (like coercers, pallies and dirges) who have buffs and spells that give +heal or add % increase. Really, this gives you a lot of options.
All wis does for healers is increase power pool and raise magical resists a hair. Even the bonus to power pool isn't that important since past a certain point, you'll get more out of gearing for straight +power than +wis.
And it's exactly as the guy above me said regarding melee priests, though it goes for more than just melee. I'll add that priests who spec this way keep different gear sets to enhance whichever role they're taking in any given situation. I'm caster specced on my warden and I still have almost 2 entire sets of gear based on whether I'm primarily DPSing or healing. It doesn't take much to keep a decent group healed on heroic content or epic trash mobs, so I may as well squeeze out a few hundred extra DPS to speed things along.
