Digital download question.

I was told to order the all in one pack, from direct2drive for EQ2, however, I placed my order on Friday, and not received a key or any email about it, yet.

Does it normally take a long time to receive a EQ2 key? (And I did use my isp email, not a free email address.)

When you buy the digital download, you do not get a "key". When you log on, the launcher will automatically download what you bought. The launcher accesses your account info and retrieves the info on what expansions etc. you have so there is nothing for you to enter.

I'm speaking of direct2drive, which have not done anything related to the game at all for me, besides their site charging me three times for EQ2, and their customer support have not answered at all. So. I ended up getting overcharged, and don't even got the game..

So, basically, has anyone else had this issue with direct2drive?

I've never dealt with them but I remember during the RoK launch they were late emailing the cd keys.
