What is the max casting speed reduction allowed? I'm assuming this is something most of us should know, but I missed that part in my reading apparently, thus this being in the Noob questions. Thanks in advance.

I've been ~114% before, not sure if there's a cap or not.

It would be a valuable thing to know, that is true. I know there is a 113 cap on power regen.

It would not surprise me to find a hard cap on casting speed haste also.

This entire thread is full of morons.

113 is the cap for power regen, if and only if you are level 70. The cap for Power Regen is 1.5*level+Floor(Level/10)+1.

You can at most reduce a spell's casting time in half. Whether it's through AAs, or through +Casting Speed. The cap is one half.
