Default Actual value of debuffs

I'm curious if anyone has an approximate value for how much of a damage increase you get per point of debuffage.

So say a 3000 pt reduction to a mobs cold resist will add on average what, 400 damage to cold spells? 500? 1000?

Also does anyone know if the same curve applies to mitigation, or do the values differ, and if so, by how much?

I poked around some on search and couldn't find anything so not sure if this is just common knowledge I'm missing, I suck at the search function or if noone has actually computed it and I got some n00bs I need to school.

Default Re: Actual value of debuffs

The exact numbers should be really nice to have.

From my experience has a wizard, doing Ice Spears and Furnace of Ro (two spells that got debuff) with the BCG belt, will bring my spells damage a lot more than if I didnt debuff. I would say around 50%-80% more damage for -2700 debuff.

But it's just from guts feeling. So, in short fight, if debuffing is long to do, better not debuff it. But if your debuff are fast, it will be always better with debuff.
