Default Formulas and stats

Is there a good website or specific game note to look at for EQ2 formulas?

Thanks to Phay for posting the +heal cap formula in the warden threads. I am specifically interested in +CA damage to see if there is a cap formula for it.

Also I was told that 100% melee and ranged crit isn't the cap because that is only against white con mobs and yellow/orange mobs you need more to crit 100%. This seems ridiculous to me if the cap isn't 100%. How can you crit for more than 100% of your attacks.

The way I always understood it was 100% is the cap no matter what the color mob...now you have lower hit rates against yellow/orange mobs so of course you wont crit on a miss...

I never actually seen a formula or statement stating all the caps before though. Would be interested in looking alot of them over.

Please help!!!

If i remember correctly, +CA dmg, is capped at 1/2 the maximum of your biggest attack, so if your biggest attack was 700-1000, you could have +CA dmg of 500.
May be wrong, but thats what i think i was told it was

Interesting. I seen the +heal cap formula, but heals are constantly the same amount no matter how much Wis you have. Only thing that changes heal amount of a spell is the lvl of the spell, whereas the CA damage goes up the more Str you have. So I wasn't sure if the formula was still the same or if it was different to account for the fluctuating amount of damage.

It flucates based on your STR and quality of the ability. Every ability is different.
