I'm curious if this is how healing functions in Eq2 or is it more like having 1 healer responsible for each group? Feel free to give opinions on raiding and healing in general. I'm trying to figure out if I would enjoy myself more with Eq2 raiding.

If you are a non MT healer, you should be responsible for your grp, and help out on the MT when needed. You would think that most people would understand this at level 80, if they can't heal their own grp they don't deserve a spot in the raid.
When it comes down to it, healing is healing. Having shitty healers in your raid with you, is another problem altogether.
