Default Small group question.

Hi all and thanks for any info.

My friends and I are coming From WOW and are very new to EQ2. My question is one friend is playing a Templar and the other a Warden, I have a mystic right now but I am concerned about 3 healers. I have a pally and a wizard but not sure what way to go. So can 3 healers do fine or should I be looking at another class. They like their classes and want to stick with them. I like Pally, Mystic, and wizard and would play any.

Thanks again for help I am just used to core classes this game might be different.

You would probably be best to get a tank class in the mix. The Pally is an option. The biggest problem you will have with 3 healers is aggro control.

Yeah, but if you and your friends play all the time together why not take on of those, and have them roll a DPS class? This will give you a nice trio and you guys could do just about anything.

When I had my templar as my main I teamed up a lot with a mystc from lvl 40 to 60 (the cap at that time) we could get groups due to the fact that both of us had a lot of friends but it wasn't easy everytime.. 3 healers getting a group is hard. Even tho a healer can do a lot of dps it can't really compair to the dps of a "real dps class" (like warlock, wizzy and so on)

My tips is "keep" on of the healer and the pally and make either a dps class or a utility class.

Or maybe start al over and lvl together. That is really fun! Like Warrior, healer and a messer/caster. There you have a start of a really good group or just a trio that can do most stuff alone.

And a warm welcome to EQ2 my friends

I agree, a tank would be nice in this group, simply because Templar and Mystic just don't have very much DPS till later when they can spec it with abilities.

The group you mention will never die, you just won't be able to kill much stuff fast.

That said, you are a 'group looking for 3 more, need healer' wet dream

P.S. When choosing a tank...Pally's here are nothing like Pally's there. Here they have some healing ability, but nothing like a WoW pally. Shaman, Druid and Priest (cleric) here, are nothing like the WoW versions, either...although all 3 classes are fun to play.
