I think your best option here is to do research... understanding what classses can do will explain to you where they need to be in a raid setup. It is important to understand how to do something as well as why it is being done.

Fuck summoners, fuck 2 gay-ass hybrid troubador groups, and support-heavy is ftw. To be fair, if you had a lot of good mages, you could realistically do a 2nd troubador group with another wiz and warlock and make a brigand suck it up, but I really like the melee dps group for a guild with competent scouts, and I think it's very viable again post-LU44.

I'd say, if you have to ask then you probly will need a defensive roster:

G1
Guard (MT)
Dirge
Temp
Defiler
Warden
Coercer/Swashy/Assassin (depending on encounter ect)

G2
Guard (or whatever OT you want)
Dirge
Temp
Mystic
Swashy
Illus/Brig (depends on how many illus you have, and if you need the power)

G3
Brig
Inq
Dirge/Troub (either works, depends on the other choices)
Illus
Ranger/Wizard (go wizard if you use Troub)
Necro/Warlock/Wizard/Monk ( depends on what ullity you want ect)

G4
Templar/Fury
Illus
Troub
Wizard
Wizard/Warlock
Ranger/Assassin (or another melee dps, heck you could throw in another brig here if you dont use one in G2)
