Are you wanting more than the 3 hot bars bound somewhere?
Cause I use the default UI and my key bindings are no where near standard.
Just use the options menu and get to all your hotkeys.
** edit ** if you are looking for more than 3 hotbars to have hotkeys assigned, I haven't a clue.
