I have done this before on multiple characters, but for the past two days, when i attempt to transfer my main to another server it keeps saying: Transaction on hold by game.I have emptied out all the characters mail and such, nobody is playing the account at the time i try and do this (as far as i know). Am i missing something?

Is it possibly because you are transfering to a server where a LU hasnt been applied yet?
I know that back when the US fires were happening, people couldnt transfer to RE/SP because of we were an update behind.
Dont know what updates are going on atm as im on a RL quest
All i can think of tho, apart from clearing mail, shared bank,

Try sending a petition, since the automated system isn't working for you. I've had various random problems, such as "ghost mail" in your mailbox that a CS rep helped delete, or other various little problems that a live person can fix.
