No, I'm not talking about the quest. Some days there's no zone menu and I get tossed into Permafrost, other days a random fucking member of the group is "ineligible" until they drop and zone in separately, and on and on. Anyone happen to have the roadmap to this spaghetti clusterfuck?

I'm pretty sure you need a full 6 person group no more no less and it's either everyone needs to be on the quest or just 1 person.

You can zone in with less than 6. The zone-in requirements sometimes bug, so you have to have them zone into PF then zone out to reset the requirements. It's been a bug since it was released, but just zoning into PF would fix the bug.
