Is there a list anywhere that has the servers ranked by population?
I know you can go to character creation and get a general idea but if 5 servers say medium load for example it's hard to determine which ones are just having a good day.
Hmm, I think you could go to EverQuest II Players
And do a search with only the server's name as a criterion, then look at the total number of pages returned. Might take a few minutes, but I don't think there's an alternative.
ahh good idea.. I've been on the same server (ogg/blackburrow) since 04 and was thinking about checking out a different server but didn't want to end up in a ghost town.
The number of characters on a server is no indication of current population.
My toons still show on all the servers i've rolled one on, and I don't play anymore.

ya.. they really are. I was on BB the other night and had the community/player search box up and was going down the line searching every class in all zones and was blown away by how many of the classes showed single digit players. Even the most popular classes like Conj and Furys still showed like 13 or so in all zones.. . was pretty sad.
