ok so i betrayed qeynos with my mystic so i could get the rallos zek cloak for my DPS set. i thought i would be able to pick up this Her Cleanliness - EQ2i and come right back to qeynos without losing all my spells. i did a bunch of the faction quests and am at about 10k but the chick wont give me the quest, am i going to be stuck as exile?
