Default Wizards and two mobs?

I'm playing a Wizard atm and I was wondering if as a Wizard I'm supposed to be able to handle more than one mob at once or not?

If I should be able to, can I get an explanation of how I could go about doing that. I'm level 9 atm.

My first advice is to upgrade Arcane Bindings to Adept 3. If you can't get help with that, then you can get it done yourself, no matter which crafting route you take.

EDIT: I realized your level after I typed this out and am too lazy to re-edit it. Same applies though =)

Don't know what level you are but, you will get a group root eventually. And if you are doing straight up solo'ing for now STA line is an awesome spec. Manashield is a pretty beast ability if it comes to getting hit by mobs.

In the event you have neither. Root the strongest one and blow up the weak one as it runs to you. Of course still not knowing your level, when the time comes that you hit RoK and are between 70 - 80. There is good number of sources to obtain stoneskin gear, which you could inquire about later if you needed to find some.
