Betray, FP to Q. Faction Quests

The Captain's Ring used to be the best quest for gaining good standing with Qeynos, but now the quest has been made 324234 times more annoying. Which quest is best NOW? I've done several killing quests for the AA but they can only be done once an hour (I wanna wait on Call of Haven)

edit: I have stealth

I did this one at level 80: Extracting the Defector - EQ2i

Docks > Scale Yard > South Freeport > Betrayal Instance > Hail NPC > Hail other NPC > Train to tree, zone out > Take bells to CL in South Freeport > Go back to starter NPC.
