Ranger PvE 100% (40+). i use approx 7 stun proc gear pieces, and then add 2 stuns (1 KB from AA) and 1 root, and 2 slow downs. root em' and nuke em'. easy as 3 2 3 1 2! but, that's just how i see it, i like to kill something w/o gettin' touched good stuff.

nub, my t8 ranger has 2 different 75% snares. plus fettering, i hit one and they crawl at me in pvps, then hit another cuz it wont go over 100% and its the same. once its off my other recharged.
