I'm one of the horrible, whiney casuals. I know, the bane of all MMOs...Not for lack of wanting to be, but cause for now with family stuffs, I sort of have to.

Wife and friend (both dual boxing) are working on leveling our group toons but it's slower going than I thought. At this pace, we'll be able to do work on crystals when the new expansion comes out. Dude can only play once or twice a week.

I have a 80SK, 80 Necro. SK is in modest gear, adequate for outside stuff. 80 Necro just got master tank pet, and has 3 pieces of post 70 pet focus stuff, spells are AD3.

Necro - Moratis on Nektulos
SK - Vetal on Nektulos

I have to occupy my time, and until then, I'm in soloish mode. I wanted to noodle around in Karnors for a challenge (outside mobs are yawnfest), and I can do the 72's, and I'm at like 60% success with the 73's. Necro can solo, but it's dicey... 74's are TOUGH.

Finally, to the question. What class is the strongest soloer being relegated to modest gear? I was thinking coercer to turn off adds and go stun, but lack of healing at all is sort of scary. SK is stuck till the other group is ready...

Anyone have an alt that they can suggest for soloing / farming? I want to find a good toon for feeding my alt-its. Before flamefest, I did look around, but the general consensus was there's nothing worth soloing at the top level. Those that do farm, looked to have gear from previous raids or void farming.

Be gentle, long time lurker, and rather frustrated.

dont you have the ability to box? if so just box a cleric (cause they are ez mode heals) and run around on the sk and blow shit up, if you insist on doing it solo, kc is kind of the only place you can pull it off in shit gear, wizard or either chanter will work as none of the nameds are cc immune.. your sk must be in modest gear indeed cause i see sks runnign around raping that zone so..anyway

There are some SKs out there geared to the hilt. There was a SK dude that roared through here, but he was myth'd, had a shit-ton of sweet gear, and was sporting like 19k hps. That I can expect, he was a badass, I felt pretty crappy at 11-12k hps, 4300 mit and 6100 avoidance.

I did start a coercer, but it'll be a while before he can be on his own.
