The overview doesn't show that kind of travel, it is something that you get with experience. Not counting guild hall bells, here are the most common ways to travel:
Ro - Sinking Sands via carpet from the cities
Faydwar - TS or Nek docks via riding boats
Kunark - Kylong Plains CL or Ant docks via boats
Yekesha - Moors of Yekesha via air ship in Sinking Sands
D'lere - Nek forest via a bell in TS
Karan - TS via a bell in Nek forest
Everfrost - Everfrost via a bell in TS
Lavastorm - Lavastorm via a bell in Nek forest
Zek - Zek via a bell in TS
Enchanted Lands - EL via a bell in Nek forest
The Feerrott - Ferrott via a bell in TS
Overrealm - wizzard spires in Ant, CL, Feerrott, TS, Nek, and EL
Wow, there are a lot more than I thought. I can see why it would be confusing for a new player. Almost all of them either have a wizzard spire or druid ring on them, so that is normally the most used method of travel since they can be accessed from guild halls.
