If your pc is good enough, you can run up to 3 smoothly, and up to 6 with a little bit of choppy video performance.

Even on the shitbox I used to use (replaced this past august, was a 3.2 P4! 2gig ram and a 7700 gt) I could play 2 accounts at the same time on extreme performance no problem.

You can but you need 2 accounts.
