Station Launcher? App with the longest running beta in the history of software development? Is it finally out of beta and reliable?

Skip the reliable part, nothing from SOE is "reliable" but is it out of beta after how many YEARS in development?

yeah, it is available now. I haven't had any problems with it, but I only use it for one game. It is nice to be able to have the chat client up and running for when I am not in game and such. Plus, it patches at a much faster rate.

I like the fact that when EQ2 crashes on me, I can still use voice chat and explain why I just disappeared.

That actually happened to me once and it would never ever go back to normal no matter how many times I uninstalled / reinstalled. I'm assuming if you incorrectly run it once from the desktop, the program makes registry adjustments that permanently choose your desktop as the install location.
