Solo healer for TSO grpcontent

Never player a healer so far, but about to roll one...

What healer has the easiest time to solo heal a group through any existant non raid content? I don't care about dps, my main focus is on getting the group through any grpcontent with least trouble (I won't raid with this toon, maybe x2 if I have to but that's about it...).

So from what I read so far (correct me if I'm wrong on this, again I've never played a healer), shammy or cleric seem to be the easier choice for this... with Inquisitor>Templar for solo healing the group in some tso instances? How's the shammy compared to Inqui for this kind of scenario?

And in general: if you had the choice to pick a solo hlr for your tso group, what class would it be and why?

Oh and let's say it's a mythical hlr with T2 gear

Warden. Those bitches are the absolute kings of solo group healing. Their mythical ensures they never run out of power, and because group content leans toward a constant amount of damage rather than random spike damage, Wardens can handle these situations with relative ease.

Any healer can solo heal pretty much anything if they are geared right and know what they are doing. Without raid gear, don't expect to solo heal content that isn't meant to be solo healed (ie PoF and last Guk zones). I have solo healed on my Fury with Myth and T2 gear and I haven't had problems. I was even able to solo heal the hardest Befallen zone (the name escapes right now) but even with the cycling curse, I was able to keep up just fine. The tank was also a non raider, so it's not like I was healing a raid tank during this run.

Very little heroic content does spike damage, so you should be fine with any class.

being a templar at heart I kind of hate to say it, but I think inquisitors have the best setup for solo healing group content once they get their mythical and a little bit of gear/AA. They have the easiest time with cures especially and that makes a HUGE diffrence in TSO.

I was solo healing pretty much everything but PoF and Guk3 with my warden when she had just her fabled, T2 gear, and about 145aa. These days I solo heal Guk3 and PoF too.

As a bonus, Wardens are GODLY for leveling... Getting my warden to 80 was the easiest out of all the toons I've played. While leveling, I geared her like a monk. Also had a big 2 hander with a wide min/max dmg range and fully DPS AA specced. The first T1 gear made for her was the DPS set so I could grind out quests for AA. Was also able to solo heroic stuff up through to 80...

I vote warden :D

Whoa when did druids become deece in eq2.

I'd say templar. I've healed a couple groups thru a zone having never played a templar...just wanted to try it for fun one day. So I found repent, found a few reactive, located my purple buttons and found a couple tricky buttons. Then I just jammed them all whenever we pulled and the group never wiped. Templars are pretty fucking easy class to play.

Only for group content. They still suck royally for raid content.

But now that I think about it, Wardens don't get Sanctuary... hmm...

I love my fury, but if I were in your shoes I would roll a mystic, its about 100x easier to heal almost any content with the shaman. There may be a couple of instances where the druid is better, like the fire room for varsoon in pof, but really those situations are rare. The mystic also has some pretty good utility as well whereas druids get comparatively squat.
