Jakalope was the best brigand on Oasis as far as maintaining the debuffs on mobs when they needed to be on, and was really good about timing dispatch when there was another brigand. No, he did not parse the highest out of the brings I played with while on Oasis, but it wasn't far behind and he was actually debuffing unlike most.

I know that a few of the Brigands that couldn't keep traumatic swipe up on mobs if their life depended upon it, whether it be them running in and dying, missing TS, or just completely forgetting about it.

The overall thing that made Jakalope my #1 choice for brigand was because of the fact that the raid's DPS was a bigger priority to him rather than him trying to show up someone else's DPS. Cause in actuality 23 other people's DPS > the DPS that the single brigand loses from casting those debuffs on the mob.

A brigand can easily maintain ALL debuffs and dps very well. I do it all the time. Not to mention rescue, off tank, the works. Skipping your own DPS in lieu of raid dps when, in reality, if you did your job debuffing you are going to DPS is retarded imo. To each his own though.

Jakalope- don't get your panties in a wad bro. If you want to see some parses Ill be more than happy to post them. And ask anyone in D12, I have no problems keeping TS up and staying in on 99% of AEs keeping AR up. Yes I do use all non-dmg debuffs (which we only have 2) and one of those is used in my HO chain.

This thread is funny. Part of the reason for me posting D12's raid DPS on Oasis boards was to compare player ability and bring it out in the open in a fun way. Does DPS translate to who's better? No, of course not. But, it sure is a DAMN GOOD indicator.

Even though I've posted our raid DPS with individual numbers on an open forum, strangely enough, no one from Paradigm posts anything equivalent. Our numbers are never mentioned once in this thread and magically 99% of players listed are from paradigm. LOL. That gave me a good laugh.

On another point.....Although I have no experience with Jakalope besides his post, I can attest to Scoundril being a fucking monster. I swear that motherfucker has 200 AA's and dual wields 4 weapons. Debuffs, TS is hardly/never an issue and watching 4k parses coming from that rat is mind-boggling.

And of course no one mentions Ouijah. If that monster was watched by any dev, the entire class would get nerfed to hell...again. I'm guessing he whips out his stealth laser goggles using a macro every fight but I can't confirm that. I would LOVE to see paradigms' warlock numbers to back up their claims. We've started to put ours out to help quantify our claims to who's "best." I'm hoping my action is reciprocated.

As to tanks: I have no reference except from others that have hopped from other top-class guilds but Marzerk/Udie combo is reputed to be well above the bar as to be peerless. I could go on and on but it is kind of pointless coming from my mouth.

Best raid dps to date on any encounter is 55k. 40k's are commonplace and 30k's when we're jabbering on comms talking about bullsheizer. Even with our highest parses, we still had a few people slack. But, I would be glad to post numbers on any one toon (whose primary job is DPS, for example) to help with this silly, drama-starting post!

I know this is all fun and games so no hard feelings if anyone sucks. All I wanted is some semblance of objectivity that hardly anyone is displaying at this point. DPS toons are easier to judge quantitatively than it is traditional support toons but we can always start on the former and debate about the latter. Let's bring it on, bitches! LOL

As for ghintec/koldsteel, both are damn good swashies. I couldnt say if one was better than the other nor do i care. However ghin can also play many other classes such as his defiler, bruiser and even box a templar and play them damn well.

As for worsts, rath and peri. Fuck they probably make worldwide worst. Constant "what buffs should i use"(and still not getting it right after being told specifically), bidding on every fucking item with there class listed on it(even once for an item that couldnt be used, wtf) etc. They didnt even know how to get to certain raid zones and often logged out in frustration due to retardation.

lol, I should go back and edit my post to include him with Maggit. Mythical the tank with no concept of power management. He kept agro by blowing his load within 2 minutes into the fight (thats with a bard and chanter) and then begging for feeds, hearts, and shards for the remaining time. The tank that would would dominate ventrilo with non-stop talking about how ripostes are one of the most important elements of holding agro. Oh and lets not forget about the hours of hopelessly arguing with people about skill caps. Lets not forget the false claims of receiving gay porn on his cell phone and call list abuse after he was kicked for sucking.
