Seriously, prove you're hardcore in game first, THEN start the recruitment posts so you know what you need based on what you pickup along the way to the cap.

actually i believe that recruiting people now isn't that bad of an idea. Granted guilds or people that the community knows or at least has heard of will get more of an advantage.

It's 1 thing to recruit on an AoC board, and another thing to spam an EQ2 board all over it with 8 threads.
