I can't remember. Was there a request for subforums here when Vg launched?

Is this another sign of the Norrathian Apocalypse?

I ramped up a vg guildsite with boards and tools for all the folks that migrated over there and it was used for about 6 months until everyone made their way back to eq2. Heck, I ramped up a guild site for half a dozen games so folks could stay in contact as they branched out baby CoS's since we learned our leason in EQ1 (as The Inner Circle) and even EQ2 when WoW launched... but my point is...

It doesn't take much time to launch a site based off another one you've already built but, I think it would be much more uber to start an online uprising in AoC and raid a board instead of build one. The EQ2Flames crew could totally pull it off and take over some board and give LFG and Niber some much needed time off official duties.

aocunrated.com seems like an easy target powered by vBulletin? /evilgrin

I cant help ya on the subforum thing, I can only promise the same type of deal you have here... just about AoC. I'll throw in a double dose of QQ though, the sweet ambrosia that rolls down the cheeks of a freshly ganked newb.

We ran a separate Vanguard site that was a complete failure. Party because Vanguard was awful and partly because replicating this sites success is nearly impossible.

There's not much to say once you get past AoC is awesome/sucks. It's the same situation as Vanguard really. Perhaps down the line when AoC becomes more established we *might* consider it. But to be completely honest, LFG and I are done with gaming, so we're probably not the best people to host another Flames. Once upon a time we both had a passion for EQ2 and gaming in general. We're done now.

As far sectioning off the site. We *are* ultimately EQ2Flames. I think adding one dedicated forum might be interesting but there's no way we're going to add 20-30.

Meh, add an AoC subforum if you get around to it. If its too much, I wouldn't worry. Just suggesting. BTW, you're never done with gaming....just burned out for the time being.
