but dont diss GW2...it's not going to be VG/Warhammer/AOC/Darkfall epic, nor does it claim to be. It'll just be part 2 to the humble game a handful of gamers enjoy.

I like skill system based games, such as Ultima Online (which was a great fucking game until trammel was released), but as far as darkfall... It has been postponed over and over , promised this promised that I just think it will fall from the beginning...they just don't seem to have there act together at all.

I read an acticle today and it seems like they are closer to a more public beta - that will be the deciding factor on this game. They have had a long time to work with it.

I have high hopes for the game. I just get the feeling it's going to be a long time coming. As long as it's better than the Nightfall campaign, I won't have many complaints.

NF wasn't a bad campaign but it wasn't great either...storyline was good but its presentation was bleh

the classes completely just buttfucked the metagame for a good couple months too, high end pvp met a hasty demise during NF

Wanted to put this one back at the top so it doesnt fall down in the other video game category. Was surfing their forum today and it seems like they are really close to the launch.. by the end of this year it looks. I read about the high end raiding and it seems like it they have 6 demigods that will roam the world. I'm guessing there will be no concept of instanced raiding. Should be interesting.
