i got an invite to a technical PVP beta, but it was mid-morning for me (go go Euro companies hehe) so I couldn't do it. Hopefully, this might actually open the door for me to get a general beta invite, so I'm crossing my fingers.
(I feel I can say this without breaking NDA, as I never joined the beta, and saying you got INVITED is ok)

Game mechanics seem pretty shitty, alot worse than eq2.
Hate games that are all about bloom, like guild wars and this game..eww.

what is the "bloom" combat mechinic that you are referring to? I've never played guild wars nor am I in beta for AoC, an explanation would be awesome.

i know what bloom effects are... you were talking about combat mechanics being bad though, does having bloom effects impact combat mechanics somehow? I'm sorry, i just can't make sense of your post. And it looks like i'm not the only one.
