I am not claiming that Blizzard created these things, I am just commenting on the fact that they are making these links in the article. I found it humorous, sorry if you didn't catch it. But I thought that I mean that clear with my last paragraph in the my previous post.

They use WoW and other Blizzard games as examples simply cause people know blizzard games.
If they had of used eq1 and other old school games people wouldn't understand the example. I don't think you can find a person under the age of 50 that hasn't heard of Blizzard or WoW.
Anyways, not worth talking about tbh. I understand what you ment, i was just in an argumentative mood.
