Wouldnt mind tryin out AoC if anyone has decided its fail and has a beta key laying around.

And questions for those that have tried it, how does grouping work? Is it better or worse to group up and hunt stuff or is it quests ftw?
Also, is there something like eq2 mentoring? Or how restrictive is lvl-gaps in grouping?

Those of you only in the CB i would suggest not judging the game on it. Mechanics and shit sure, but the Enviro is much different outside of tortage. Once you leave tortage it feels like an MMO with fairly large zones. Only prob i have seen is that their appears to be a lack of zones, not sure if they have more content comming or what...

ok, got teh pre-order, and we should really start a Nagafen guild on AoC. As far as I understand it, it's going to be FFA pvp, which is going to be sweet. I've already ruffled the feathers of the RP'ing faggots over on the AoC forums, and needed to stop myself before I get banned. Anyone starting a guild on AoC?

Was tad worried about that myself, the zones look sweet but didn't seem like there that many.

The folks in open beta will be allowed to see the rest of hyrboria on the 10th of May. All players at lvl 13 cap will automatically be jumped up to lvl 20 and released into the full world to explore. Be warned that when this change occurs free for all pvp rules will be in effect as well.

I also have an extra beta key if someone still wants to try it out before launch.
