whether 300 was a good movie or not, doesnt change the fact that AoC fixes some of the shit that annoyed me about EQ2.

It has some of its own annoyances and i wish they'd have used a couple of the simple mechanics from EQ2. I think they will fix those things, the group members on the map annoyance.

a 6 man group in an Epic instance on the PVP servers is fun as hell, talk about putting the excitement back in the game. reminds of when I first started playing EQ2 waaay back in the day and zoning into new zones with no idea what we were instore for.

I'm sure I'll buy AoC, but that's because no matter how hard I try, when I log into EQ2, all I want to do is afk in QH. I can barely make myself zone anywhere else... I'm sure I'll go AoC until WAR comes out.

Someone needs to start a consolidated AoC server info thread so we know who's playing where.

Otis, cram all of this other crap into one thread. THEN, create a new one, sticky it, and make it that the only posts that can remain in it are toon names and server names, etc.

That's the point, I don't want to maintain it.

All these other threads aren't that big a deal, especially if we have a central source of server/player info.

No, I don't think you can mod the thread. Only edit the OP to add Player/server info as people post it.
