Couple of the clicky items I carry around at all times. Probably forgot some that I do carry and there are probably more out in the world, so please post those too...
Add the power adornments and all of the LoN items you can get. Ghoulbane should be there as well.
And one tip for DPS would be to make an entire set of armor for DPS (proc items) and a set for tanking. I just macro everysingle slot of gear I have except for shoulders, cloak and bow.

They are no longer craftable, but you can still find them on the broker. Bought up about 50 of them at 1 plat each on Butcherblock. 7 Charges each, great stuff. Also, two of the power potions (essence and insight) are on different timers.
Not sure if i missed it or not but the steamfont clicky(Hodgemotin or whatever it is called) is one i use also, plus some of the damage charms from the city merchant like the undead one or the warmblood one. I would be able to tell you the names but at work at the moment. So the store bought insights are seperate timer from the crafter made essences? The Pantrilla symbol i totally forgot about and i may look into picking it up. The environmental suits(head piece), have you tested them out to see how effective they are? If i am not tanking it is a interesting idea for picking up power, as long as it factors it in before a ward is applied. I also keep a good stock of jaguar totems, vision totems for stealth and invis mobs, the health total potions(constitution i think), and gnomish stilts combined with a LON cloak with faefall when just easy questing or goofing off.
The pally only helm from labs and a damage clicky that drops in runnyeye. I can't really remember the name of the item. Although it is a low damage DoT, I still use it on memwiping mobs and when I'm desperate.
Finally got off my ass and farmed Thirzem's BP from RoV. It's a nice extra 40dps on a 20 minute recast. Also, while the power roots are lore, you can get one from each tier. So in theory, you can have 7 power roots with different percentage of % increase. They would each require 2 Feritilzer, 1 Water, and 3 Bones from the appropriate tier. It will always use the lower tier ingredients first. Here's a chart I found on wizzy board.
You can get at least T4-7 at one time - I never went with more then that, because I got a clock from Throne Room and never had to worry about power again.
