Suggestions on Healing AA spec?

For the KoS Crusader AAs, which would be the best to go for healing: Str for the improved casting, Wis for the 2% group bonus, or Int for the heal crits?

Right now I'm leaning towards Str and Wis since they add to power. I'm just not sure how signifiant heal crits are.

Why am I specializing in heals? Well it started on one of the first guild raids I joined and I outparsed all but one of the healers on the raid while dishing out significantly more dps. Recently I asked the guild raiding team if I should respec for DPS and the overwhelming response was for me to stick to my core competency.

Heal crits would be your primary concern. It will make a HUGE difference. Then I would probably say STR line.

Do heal crits affect wards as well?

yea str/int is also a moderately good DPS spec and is nice for holding agro with (used it b4 the change to agi myself). with str/int for heal crits and 5 points in all your heals in AP lines + cloak of unrest, you just need a ton of power regen gear and you could possibly outheal some healers. you just run out of power a LOT faster

for a pure healing build:

STR 86802
INT 4448
WIS 5

That will net you the most power and get you the best abilities for healing without getting the increased hate... but honestly if you want a healer roll a healer we just don't cut it as healers outside of the small group and even then its pushing it.

Meh, a Paladin can easily solo heal a group against most of the weaker avatar AEs.

It's not that I want to be a healer, it's just a temp job. The role may not be the same once we get more regular raid healers. For now though, it's what I've been asked to do.

The upside is despite the fact that our guild just implemented limited slots for tanks on some raids (our guild has way too many paladins), they've made an exception in my case because of my healing parse.

More than 1 paladin/sk is overkill, but if your going to have more than one you better do something the others can't. Stick with the healing and tell me how it goes. In the past, I would have flogged you for thinking about this. But I am a little more forgiving now.

Yeah Woz,~ you and Virutis haven't taken a chunk out of Thuriel's ass for requesting a heal spec. This the kinder-gentler Woz, lol? There was one Paladin in our all-Paladin raid that was really good at the healing; I think it was Joram, Butcherblock server. He can prolly steer you in the right direction, Thuriel. In addition to the proper AA spec, you will need to aquire a lot or power regen items, and some other things..
